Intense ruby red and nuances of purple red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, blueberry and violet followed by aromas of plum, strawberry, pomegranate, blackberry, cyclamen, carob and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry.

12 months in cask, 12 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Stuffed pasta, Cold cuts, Stewed meat, Cheese
