Intense straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, hawthorn and pineapple followed by aromas of pear, plum, peach, lemon, broom and honey.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, pineapple and plum.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Fish appetizers, Pasta and risotto with vegetables and crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
