Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Bianco (35%)

White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
The wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very
transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing,
refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of banana, toasted wood and
litchi followed by good and intense aromas of coffee, acacia, pineapple,
hawthorn, apple, honey, peach, grapefruit and vanilla. In the mouth has very
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and pleasingly round attack, well
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, very agreeable. The finish is
persistent with good and intense flavors of banana, grapefruit and apple. A
well made wine. Batàr ages for 10 months in barrique and for at least 10
months in bottle.
