Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and black currant followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, carob and cinnamon.
Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry.
Produced with the "governo all'uso toscano" technique by adding grape must of dried Sangiovese. Aged for 6 months.
