Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruits followed by aromas of peach, hawthorn, acacia, hay, pineapple, plum, mint and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and peach.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with fish, Sauteed white meat, Stewed fish, Mushroom soups, Dairy products
