Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, medlar and hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, peach, plum, citrus fruits, pineapple, broom, hazelnut, juniper, rosemary and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum and medlar. 10 months in steel tanks, 14 months in bottle.
