Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, raspberry, geranium and violet with hints of vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

8 months of aging in steel tank and cask.

Alcohol: 14%

Cold cuts, Fish soups, Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat
