Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of blueberry, cyclamen, plum, violet and hints of vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.

8 months of aging in steel tanks and cask.

Alcohol: 13%

Cold cuts, Fish soups, Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat
