Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of banana, apple and acacia followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, grapefruit, plum, citrus fruits, mineral and hints of vanilla.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, banana and pear.

A small part of this wine ages in cask.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Mushroom soups, Stuffed pasta, Roasted fish, Roasted white meat
