Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of apple, butter, acacia, hawthorn, citrus fruits, croissant, melon, hazelnut, peach, honey and vanilla. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Very persistent finish with long flavors of banana, apple and peach. Fermented and aged in barrique for 11 months.
