Deep amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, moderate transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of dried fig, leather and caramel followed by aromas of rancho, vanilla, citrus fruit peel, almond, date, honey and nail polish. Alcoholic attack and pleasing sweetness, intense flavors, pleasing roundness and crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of dried fig, caramel and honey. More than 15 years in cask.
