(Trentino) This wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple jam and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, honey and plum. In the mouth had good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple jam, honey and almond. Credazi is a late harvest wine, ages in steel tanks for 10 months and for 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

Sauteed white meat, Pasta and risotto with Vegetables and fish
