White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with good hints of apple, pear and
broom followed by aromas of walnut-husk, hawthorn, hazelnut, plum, toasted
wood and pleasing mineral hints. In the mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with good
flavors of pear and apple. Part of this wine is fermented in barrique.
