Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, banana and plum followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pear, hawthorn, peach, kiwi, vanilla and praline.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, banana and plum.

6 months in barrique, at least 2 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

Stuffed pasta, Stewed fish with mushrooms, Roasted white meat, Roasted fish
