Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of black cherry, black currant and plum followed by aromas of violet, blackberry, carob and hints of vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, black currant and plum. 6 months in steel tanks, cement tanks and cask, at least 3 months in bottle.
