Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of raisin, quince jam and honey followed by aromas of dried fig, almond, caramel and vanilla.

Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried fig and quince jam.

Fermented and aged in "caratelli barrels" and barrique for more than 2 years.
