Santa Barbara (Italy)

Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
|
Red Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
The wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little
transparency. The nose reveals clean, pleasing and refined aromas which
start with hints black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blueberry,
blackberry, violet, carob, licorice, vanilla and hints of toasted wood. In
the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack
and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish
is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum.
