Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, medlar, peach, citrus fruits and broom. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and pear. Made with late harvested grapes. Fermented and aged for 2 months in cask.
