Intense ruby red and nuances of purple red, little transparency.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and geranium followed by aromas of blackberry, strawberry, plum and blueberry.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, blackberry and raspberry.

Fermented in cask, 10 months in steel tanks, 2 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat, Cold cuts
