Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, citrus fruits and broom followed by aromas of plum, medlar, pear, hawthorn and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and medlar.

6 months in steel tanks, 2 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 13%

Fried fish, Pasta with fish, Sauteed white meat, Dairy products, Sauteed crustaceans
