Deep ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of blackberry jam, black cherry jam and dried violet followed by aromas of blueberry jam, dried fig, chocolate, caramel, date, dried rose, vanilla and nail polish.

Sweet and properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of blackberry jam, black cherry jam and dried fig.

Aged in barrique, 12 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 16%

Chocolate, Fruit tarts, Piquant cheese
