Esino (Marches) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry and raspberry followed by aromas of strawberry, blueberry, cyclamen and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry and raspberry. This wine ages for 5 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Sauteed meat with mushrooms, Stuffed pasta, Roasted white meat
