Brilliant pale pink and nuances of pale pink, transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, tangerine and peach followed by aromas of pear, plum, pink grapefruit, hawthorn, pineapple and hazelnut.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, tangerine and plum.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with fish, Sauteed white meat, Stewed fish, Dairy products, Legume soups
