Pale straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of peach, pineapple and green apple followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn and broom.

Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of peach, pineapple and green apple.

Fermented in closed tank.

Alcohol: 12%

Aperitifs, Crustacean and vegetable appetizers, Risotto with vegetables, Eggs, Dairy products
