Intense straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of citrus fruits, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of apple, medlar, pear, broom, lemon balm, mango and hazelnut.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, apple and medlar.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Crustacean and vegetable appetizers, Risotto with fish, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
