Lessini (Veneto)
Intense straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, grapefruit, hawthorn, broom, chamomile, yeast, kiwi, almond and mineral.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and grapefruit.

The base wine is fermented and aged in cask and barrique. Refermented in bottle on its lees for at least 50 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Stuffed pasta with fish, Stewed fish with mushrooms, Roasted white meat
