 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of banana, acacia and apple followed by aromas of grapefruit, pear, hawthorn, medlar, plum, butter, hazelnut and vanilla.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of banana, apple and hazelnut.
 12 months in cask.
