Red Wine
The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red,
moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas
that start with hints of raspberry and cherry followed by aromas of
strawberry, plum and rose. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a slightly tannic attack with pleasing crispness, however balanced,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of
raspberry and cherry. This wine ages in steel tanks for 5-6 months.
