Intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of gooseberry, elder flower and apple followed by aromas of peach, pear, broom, pineapple, papaya, grapefruit, plum, bell pepper and tomato leaf.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of gooseberry, papaya and grapefruit.

Fermented and aged part in steel tanks and part in barrique and casks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Fried fish, Pasta with fish, Sauteed crustaceans, Sauteed white meat, Vegetable soups
