Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, rose, blueberry, chocolate, tobacco, graphite, vanilla and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.

14 months part in steel tanks and part in barrique, at least 7 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat, Roasted white meat
