Pale amber yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, citrus peel and peach jam followed by aromas of candied fruits, dried apricot, lychee, quince, honey, passion fruit, lavender and date. Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, peach jam and lychee, Aged in steel tanks.
