 Deep amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, moderate transparency.
 Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of rancho, dried fig and almond followed by aromas of honey, caramel and citrus fruit peel.
 Slightly sweet attack with a good crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.
 Persistent finish with flavors of dried fig, caramel and almond.
 At least 1 year in cask.
