Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruits followed by aromas of medlar, hawthorn, peach, plum and almond.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and medlar.

6 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Fried fish, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
