This wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of toasted wood and banana followed by aromas of apple, acacia, banana, hawthorn, pear, hazelnut, vanilla and honey. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and banana. This wine ferments and ages in barrique for 12 months followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
