Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, blueberry and black cherry followed by aromas of violet, raspberry, blackberry and cyclamen.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and raspberry.

6 months in steel tanks, 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Cold cuts, Pasta with mushrooms, Sauteed meat, Fish soups
