Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, hazy. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of grape, green apple and apricot followed by aromas of white rose, papaya, peach, citrus fruits, chamomile, lavender, sage, honey and yeast. Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of grape, green apple and apricot. Refermented in bottle on its lees.
