Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of carnation, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and carob.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry.

Some months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14%

Cold cuts, Stuffed pasta with meat and mushrooms, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Roaster meat
