Intense straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and hazelnut followed by aromas of broom, hawthorn, tangerine, melon and lemon balm.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and tangerine.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Pasta with mushrooms, Sauteed white meat, Legume soups, Vegetable flans
