Deep golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of quince, plum and hazelnut followed by aromas of citrus fruits, hawthorn, broom, peach, mango, melon and honey.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of quince, plum and hazelnut.

Ages in steel tanks, 18 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Roasted fish, Stewed fish with mushrooms, Roasted white meat
