Brilliant onion skin pink and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and tangerine followed by aromas of bread crust, cyclamen, strawberry, blueberry and plum.

Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and tangerine.

Refermented in bottle and aged on its lees for at least 12 months.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta with fish, Legume soups, Sauteed white meat, Sauteed fish
