Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, raspberry, carob and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry.

12 months in cask, 4 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 15.5%

Stuffed pasta with meat, Roasted meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Cheese
