Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of quince, medlar and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, tangerine, plum, hazelnut and thyme.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of quince, medlar and tangerine.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with mushrooms, Sauteed white meat, Legume soups, Vegetable flans
