This sparkling wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, good perlage. The nose denotes delicate, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of banana, broom, litchi, apple, peach and almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced, delicate, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of banana, pineapple and litchi. This sparkling wine is produced with the Charmat method.
