Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, blackberry, carob, chocolate, tobacco, rosemary and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry.

3 months in cask, 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Stewed and braised meat with mushrooms, Hard cheese
