White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✭ |
The wine has a soft straw yellow color with nuances of greenish yellow, very
transparent. The nose denotes a particular profile of personality, surely
pleasing. There can be perceived aromas of citrus fruit, banana, bread crust,
yeast, lemon, pear and warm stone. In the mouth the wine is intense with good
correspondence to the nose, crisp and balanced with a proper body for its
kind of style. The finish is persistent with evident flavors of banana and pear.
This wine is produced with a temperature controlled fermentation followed by
30-60 days of aging.
