Intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of gooseberry, peach and elder flower followed by aromas of broom, hawthorn, acacia, apple, pineapple, pear, grapefruit and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of peach, apple and pineapple.

5 months in steel tanks, 2 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with vegetable and fish, Sauteed fish, Sauteed white meat, Vegetable soups, Dairy products
