Very appealing color of straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, impeccable perlage.
Refined nose of bread crust and banana, including quince, exotic fruits (pineapple, lychee) and the usual buttery and croissant touch.
Lively mouth with a pleasing sparkling sensation, good acidity and pleasing mineral aftertaste.
