Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of citron, apple and flint followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear jam, mango, pineapple, plum, grapefruit, hazelnut, butter, honey, croissant, marzipan and linden. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Very persistent finish with long flavors of citron, apple and marzipan. 11 months in cask, 4 months in bottle.
