 Brilliant garnet red and nuances of brick red, moderate transparency.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of cherry, plum and dried violet followed by aromas of dried rose, raspberry, strawberry, cocoa, tobacco, cinnamon, licorice, vanilla and menthol.
 Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry.
 30 months in cask.

Ottimo esempio di Nebbiolo del Piemonte settentrionale. Non ha la potenza di quello di Langa, ma ha eleganza e finezza, senza comunque peccare di struttura.
Bel naso che si sviluppa con profumi di ciliegia, lampone, fragola e prugna, oltre ai soliti riconoscimenti floreali del Nebbiolo, come violetta e rosa.
Passaggio in legno fatto in modo giudizioso che lascia intatta la personalità della nostra grande uva rossa. Questo è soprattutto vero all'assaggio in bocca. Tannini già evoluti e non aggressivi, lasciano la bella scena all'acidità e al calore dell'alcol.
Ottimo finale con rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevato. Ottimo!
