Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little
transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which
start with hints of plum jam, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas
of violet, vanilla, licorice and hints of cinnamon. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced
by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is
persistent with flavors of plum jam and black cherry. Cesubeo ages for 24
months in barrique followed by 12 months of aging in bottle. |
